Donate – Cumbria Flood Appeal
The Cumbria Community Foundation has launched an appeal to raise funds to support the individuals and communities throughout Cumbria devastated by the flooding and storms in December.
Anyone who wants to donate to the Cumbria Flood Appeal 2015 can do so via JustGiving or by cheque made payable to Cumbria Community Foundation can be sent to CCF, Dovenby Hall, Cockermouth, Cumbria, CA13 0PN.
You can also donate via text message. Send a text to 70070 with the message ‘FLUD15’ and a monetary amount. For example, ‘FLUD15 £10’

The Cumbria Flood Recovery Fund 2015 will provide financial assistance to help individuals and families who have been affected. Click here for the application form.
Voluntary and community organisations also play a vital role in supporting communities during times of need and grants will be made available to them also.

Volunteers – Katy Boreham is coordinating requests for help and volunteer offers – 075958 991162 – Katy is employed by Blencathra Field Studies Centre and has been told she can coordinate this work for the rest of the year.
